#1 Press the tip of your tongue against the top of your mouth near your teeth (see video demonstration below), release your tongue; Then press and tap between your eyebrows on your forehead for about 20 seconds. What it does is rocks the bones located there back and forth, clearing out the congestion.
#2 Another is pinch your nose, tilt your head back while holding your breath as long as you can; Take a breath when you can’t hold it any longer and your sinus’ will clear. Here’s how it works. Your brain realizes you’re not getting enough oxygen so your survival mechanism kicks in, clearing your sinus’ so you can get more air.
